Introducing Elayne Ceder

Elayne Ceder earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental Design from UCLA. After graduation she began a career as a Designer serving both Residential and Commercial clients. Her distinctive work attracted the attention of the Motion Picture industry, and she began designing for Film. Her accomplishments as a Production Designer earned her the distinction of being voted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 1983 where she is still an Active Member.

Elayne’s proficiency in locating, evaluating, and renovating property led her to direct a large number of Site Acquisition and Development projects, and into a career as a Professional Realtor in 2002. Since then, Elayne has been a Chairman’s Circle Realtor for Prudential California Realty, and has just joined the new Sunset Strip office for the John Aaroe Group. Elayne specializes in the Marketing & Sale of homes in the Mount Olympus, Nichols Canyon, & Sunset Strip where she has been a homeowner and resident for thirty years. Elayne is also available to advise you regarding the sale or acquisition of income properties for your investment portfolio.
